5. Recipients (who sees your data?)

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
  • Service Providers (Data Processors): Third parties providing infrastructure, acting under our strict instructions:
  • Website Platform: Tilda Publishing (primary data storage on EU servers; GDPR compliant).
  • CRM & Email: HubSpot (EU/USA), Zoho (EU).
  • Embedded Video: YouTube (Google LLC, USA — covered by EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Embedded videos may collect technical data (IP address, cookies) upon page load.
  • Advertising & Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel) — USA/Ireland, covered by EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, respectively. These tools may collect technical data and browsing behaviour for analytics and advertising purposes, subject to your cookie preferences.
  • Hosting & Security: AWS/Google Cloud (EU/USA).
  • Payment Gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Redsys.
  • Public Authority: Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) or courts, if required by law.
  • Partners: We do not transfer your email to sponsors without your separate, explicit consent. If you consent, data may be shared with specific partners listed at the time of collection.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g., HubSpot) are located in the United States. We ensure these transfers comply with GDPR Chapter V by relying on:
  • EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF): For certified providers.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Approved by the European Commission, ensuring your data enjoys the same protection as in the EU.
